Terms & Conditions JP88 – Platform Terms of Use You Need to Know

The JP88 platform is available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. JP88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, if any eligibility condition is found to be unmet.

This requirement is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of RM 3,000 using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made.

JP88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice in urgent cases:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Self-exclusion requests activated by the member directly or recommended by JP88 for member protection purposes.
• Instructions from a relevant regulatory body or legal authority.

If your account is suspended or closed for a valid reason (not as a result of a terms violation), any net balance remaining in your account will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the review is complete.
